- Orders are processed after confirmation and receipt of the required advance payment.

- Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after order confirmation.

- Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Customers will be contacted if any significant delivery delay occurs.

2. Advance Payment

- A 10% advance payment is required to confirm every order.

- The remaining 90% must be paid upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).

- The advance payment is required before your order is processed and prepared for shipment.

- Orders will not be dispatched until the advance payment is received.

3. Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

4. Returns & Refunds

VIORE currently does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
