A 10% advance payment is required to confirm an order. The remaining 90% is payable upon delivery through the available payment method.

Orders will be processed after the advance payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

Any applicable payment instructions will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. VIORE is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

VIORE does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
